The Lüsnerhof's natural cuisine is based on fresh and predominantly regional organic products—seasonal produce from the hotel's own vegetable and herb gardens. Here, every dish combines taste, vitality, and enjoyment.
The Lüsnerhof's 3/4 nature gourmet board includes:

At over 20 km long, the Lüsner Alm is the longest alpine pasture in South Tyrol – and one of the most beautiful. Its gentle peaks extend to the Puez-Geisler Nature Park and form one of the most expansive hiking areas in the Dolomites.
Panoramic trails offer peaceful nature experiences and 360-degree views from the majestic Dolomites to the South Tyrolean low mountain range and the main Alpine ridge. Rustic mountain huts invite you to stop for a bite to eat and enjoy traditional South Tyrolean delicacies.
The diverse range of hikes on offer at the Lüsnerhof ranges from herb walks to hut, high moor, and mountain lake tours to challenging excursions for summit climbers, leading to secluded places of power away from the tourist crowds.
The mindfulness program at the Lüsnerhof invites you on a journey inward—to silence, mindfulness, and new vitality. In the light-filled, 1,000-square-foot SHALA with panoramic mountain views, holistic practices unfold daily that strengthen and regenerate the body, mind, and soul. These include

- Celtic Wyda Yoga
- Meditations (sound healing, incense meditations, breathing meditation)

The spacious fitness room with new Technogym cardio and strength equipment and a bouldering corner with over 20 routes completes the program.
The bathhouse ritual with private floating in the saltwater grotto is a unique naturellness® experience at the Quarzit bathhouse. The ritual includes:
- A soothing herbal rubdown
- A warm-up in the blissful pinewood sauna
- A private float in our salt grotto, with saltwater temps of 35°C warm and underwater music
- A refreshing tea break with local spring water, homemade pine schnapps, and tasty snacks
- A cosy lounge by the fireplace to unwind and recharge
As soon as you step into the Lüsnerhof, you can sense that the host family, Maria and Franz Hinteregger with Elisabeth, Sofia, Franziska, and David, as well as the team of 50 members, run the nature hotel with heart and passion.
